Having been sold on the benefits of having a Little Magic Box IV system installed we would now like to understand how our electricity bills have gone up so much. They system is noisy and seems to run for 4-5 hours at a time just to heat our cylinder. The positioning of the Magic Box is close to our bedroom on the landing and runs for hours before switching off, then comes on again early morning.
